Arthur Söderberg

Arthur Söderberg is a seasoned real estate professional with over seven years of experience in the U.S. market, holding real estate licenses in both Florida and New York. He earned an MBA from Columbia University and brings a strong background in investment banking, having managed more than $5 billion in assets under management at major New York financial institutions.

Licensed in Florida and New York, Arthur specializes in high-value residential and commercial transactions. A former investment banker, he has extensive experience overseeing global portfolios exceeding $5 billion in AUM. He is also a financial manager and the current owner/operator of international residential and commercial real estate ventures across Brazil, Europe, and Africa.

Arthur has led the development and strategic management of more than 3 million square feet of affordable housing, as well as multiple BTS (Build-to-Suit) commercial properties—developed, sold, and maintained under NNN lease agreements. He combines deep financial expertise with hands-on leadership in real estate and development, creating long-term value through a global asset portfolio.
